Unless you haven’t flown in a long while, you probably already know what e-tickets are about.
Occasionally, we we still get asked if we’ll be mailing any paper tickets or receipts,so here is what you should know:
* an e-ticket is a reservation in an airline’s computer system.
* to check in with an e-ticket you only need to provide a valid passport or government issued ID so that staff can pull up the reservation and print your boarding pass. You need to show the boarding pass at the gate.
* to check in online, go to the respective airline’s website and use the booking reference code we give you and your last name to pull up the reservation. Once check-in is complete, you can print your boarding pass. Upon arrival at the airport, if you only have carry-on luggage, you can proceed directly to the security checkpoint and your departure gate. If you have luggage to check, you will still need to drop your bag and the airline's check-in desk.
