Emergencies


If you miss a flight, or you need to make a last-minute change to your tickets, the best resource to get your trip back on track is the airline staff at the airport. They can check to see what is available and re-book you if required.


This may involve some waiting around, so use that time to let us know what is going on and we will do what we can to assist: support@BootsnAll.com.


Cancellations


If an airline cancels your flight, they can do the following things:


* put you on another flight (same day or 1-2 days before or after the cancelled flight)

* refund the ticket


If you discover your flight was already cancelled when you reach the airport (which won’t happen because you checked the airline website at least a day before your flight, right?), tell the airline staff to put you on the next available flight (even if it’s on a different carrier).


If you discover your flight was cancelled more than 24 hours before the actual flight date, we’ll help you work with the airline to offer the best solution (i.e. new flight or refund).


Changes (& voluntary cancellations)


Should you need to make a change in your booking (i.e. departure date, destination) we can help with that. Just call (+1-503-528-1005) or email us (support@BootsnAll.com), giving us as much information as possible (i.e. the new date, how flexible you are, etc).


We charge a $100/passenger change fee per distinct change request (you can request multiple changes at the same time). Please note that airline penalties are in addition to BootsnAll’s change fee and depend on the airline and type of ticket you have purchased. You will also have to pay any fare difference for the new flights if they are more expensive than your original flights.


You are welcome to talk to the airline directly to process the change and avoid the BootsnAll change fee, however airlines may still refer you back to the booking agent (BootsnAll).


Most tickets cannot be re-routed so changing the departure or arrival city should be done BEFORE the tickets are issued.


Flights need to be used in the order they are issued. You cannot miss or skip a flight. In most cases that will result in not being able to board the next flight and the cancellation of subsequent flights.
